US domestic shipping

Orders placed on a weekday before 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally ship that day. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. (EST) will generally be processed and ship the next business day (M-F).

  • For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing on the next business day (M-F). We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.

  • We offer standard shipping via USPS or FedEx

International shipping

We do not currently ship internationally

RETURNS

Return Cost

Returns and exchanges will not be charged for return shipping.

30 Days to Return

We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full refund, or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All goods marked as ‘Final Sale’ will not be eligible for a return. Please note that any original shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Dalton Black Sail will not accept any merchandise from third party retailers (unless purchased at a Dalton Black Sail store). Please allow 1-2 weeks for a refund of your purchase.
